Life Before Ngaged Ltd
After leaving university I knew I wanted to live abroad. My first job was teaching in an international school in Kenya where I thought I would stay for two years. This rolled into twelve happy years in the sunshine.
Returning to the UK I taught in the classroom, every age from Early years to Year 8. I developed an interest in teaching children with SEN which led me to my previous SEN secondary school. I got a real buzz knowing that I wasn’t just supporting academic lessons but the wider learning essential for adulthood. I enjoyed the smaller classes which meant getting to know my students and families well.
What I Do At Ngaged Ltd
I have been working with Ngaged Ltd for a year now and it has been the best move I have ever made. I am able to tailor my teaching to the interests and passions of individual students without the restraint of a school timetable. I love creating bonds with my students, where they understand that they are in a safe space to talk and learn.
